- Go on a family vacation - we are going on a family float trip this weekend! So excited!
- Focus on healthy eating and exercising. - the healthy eating is going better than the exercising, but I know I need to do it more for baby. I have so much more energy when I add a little exercise in each day.
- Organize my recipes - I just started on this this week. My goal is to transfer them all to the same book, instead of digging through post-its each time I am looking for a recipe.
- Scrapbook/keep an album of Cooper up-to-date - doing really well with this. I have all of the photos printed out up to his first bday. I just need to purchase another album to put them in. :)
- Study for (and possibly take) the praxis in another subject area - maybe MS English or Social Studies - I think that the Lord is leading me in another direction, so I am going to scrap this one.
- Start to teach Cooper Spanish and sign language - Cooper is really starting to pick up the sign language. He can sign please and more. The Spanish is a different story. I use it a little each day, but I need to up the amount of time I speak it each day - I am getting pretty rusty, so it will help both of us.
- Read my Bible everyday - I was doing really good until the morning sickness kicked in, and I haven't gotten back into a regular habit again yet. This is something I need to work on.
- Stay within our budget and save like crazy - having a baby doesn't exactly help with the saving, but we are working really hard to stay in our budget.
- Continue with my flower garden and start a vegetable garden - My flower bed is doing pretty well - I even planted a few annuals. I decided to start small with the veggies this year, so I planted two tomato plants in pots. My cherry tomatoes are doing really well; my romas are another story ...
How are you doing on your resolutions this year?
Hmmm...I don't remember mine and have no idea where I wrote them down, so that's probably not a good sign. :) You are doing great! Play date monday morning. Yay!
